Does the confirmed ticket match the event state?
In live sports interfaces, the display, market status and available selections may change. The confirmed ticket and applicable rules are important for the actual selection. A quick screen change is not enough to prove that there is a confirmed action.
If the event display has changed while there is a pending action, check the confirmed ticket and timestamp first. A new request should not be made just to guess the status of the first request.
- Event identity and timestamp
- Confirmed selection and line
- Market period and settlement rules

Additional checklist
A displayed live market only is not a confirmed ticket.
Prioritize the rules screen itself and current operator conditions. If there is an unclear unit, trigger or scope, don’t make assumptions.
